Who are we?

Hello and welcome from Utah! My name is Zeb White CEO and Manager of Busy Beaver Investments, and I would like to give you a little background about myself. I was born in Beaver Utah, but have lived in multiple places across both Utah and Idaho. We live in Utah and love being outside. In our free time, we enjoy being outside hiking, biking, exploring, fishing, hunting camping, and doing numerous other outdoor activities. I am married to my high school sweetheart and together we share 3 kids!

Unlike most of the land investors you will come across, I have spent my entire life in the rural and hard-to-get-to places of the American Southwest. I have spent time ranching, farming, hunting, guiding, fishing, hiking, and recreating in some of the most rural places you can find across Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Nevada, New Mexico, and Utah. I spent nearly 15 years working in range rehabilitation and improvement for both state and federal government agencies as well as dozens of private landowners.

I have a love for the rural places of the Southwest and the freedom/perspective they provide. I feel both honored and excited that I get to help others like you own a small part of the American Southwest!
